Job Summary Maintains shift accountability through the supervision of workflow for the patient transport department. Responsible for maintaining adequate employee levels to ensure quality services in a cost effective and efficient manner. Mentors and guides employees and provides input regarding staff performance. Assists manager with employee development, education and disciplinary actions on assigned shifts. Collects, monitors, analyzes summarizes data to identify potential process inefficiencies and/or quality assurance issues. Troubleshoots as necessary to meet the volume of runs to provide excellent customer service.
