Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee aircraft maintenance visit or modification
* Maintain work schedule and oversight of project coordinators
* Reporting and invoice review
* Spot check of MRO's
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This job has supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Valid Airframe and powerplant license
* Ten years of experience in a heavy maintenance environment on Boeing 767 or equivalent aircraft
* Two years of leadership experience
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
* Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
* Self-motivated, competent in problem solving skills and analytical ability
* Ability to use independent judgment, provide/suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner
* Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of transport category aircraft maintenance
* Valid state issued driver's license
* Computer skills, specifically in the use of MS office products
* Frequent travel for MRO site visits - monthly

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* College degree in Aviation
* Previous maintenance rep or project coordinator experience
* Previous Maintenix program experience
