DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Audit claims and processes required for mixed-use areas, outpatient clinics, retail pharmacies and contract pharmacies utilized in operations related to the 340B program. Collaborate with program administrator to optimize virtual inventory, track manufacturer payments and review published 340B ceiling prices. Develop and retrieve routine and ad hoc medications reports from electronic medical record, split billing software and wholesaler for pharmacy leadership and research needs. Compete data analytics, data mining and data synthesis activities. Display adequate time management skills in order to execute other duties as assigned. Develop a thorough understanding of the 340B program. Strive to consistently improve the overall efficiency, value and internal support of the 340B program Associate's degree or two years of health care or business operations experience is required. Must apply for registration as a Pharmacy Technician prior to hire. Experience with 340B Drug Discount Program, pharmacy purchasing experience, knowledge of contractual relationships, experience working with federal and state regulations, and vender relations is strongly preferred.
