We are seeking an experienced Sports Court Coating Applicator to join our team. If you have a passion for precision, attention to detail, and expertise in sports surfacing, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities

    Surface Preparation: Assess and prepare court surfaces, including patching, crack repair, leveling, and priming.
  • Coating Application: Apply acrylic coatings, color systems, and line striping to tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce courts.
  • Material Handling: Mix and apply coatings per manufacturer specifications, ensuring consistency and durability.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize sprayers, squeegees, rollers, and other coating equipment with precision.
  • Quality Control: Ensure proper thickness, texture, and finish for long-lasting, professional results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve coating issues such as bubbling, peeling, or uneven application.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years applying acrylic sports coatings, preferably on tennis and pickleball courts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with application tools, mixing techniques, and color-coating systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to produce smooth, even, and visually appealing surfaces.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in outdoor conditions, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliability: Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and commitment to delivering top-quality results.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to job sites.

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to obtain Commercial Drivers License (CDL), if required (and preferred)

  • Previous construction or physical job experience preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively and work in stressful situations
  • Ability to listen and take direction from others
  • Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
