Overview

Milton CAT is seeking a highly driven person for our Service Systems Coordinator role to work in our Scarborough, ME location. This candidate will work within the Service Organization to support software, process and technologies being utilized for both internal service technicians and customers. This is an entry level junior position with a growth opportunity for advancement within the company.

Pay range is $58,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and education.



Responsibilities

* Assist with the support of business systems and process change.
* Front line support of service employee computer technology and software applications.
* Develop documentation to support processes.
* Provide training on current systems, upgrades and new software implementations.
* Work with the IS department on computer problem resolution.
* Complete Business system testing
* Flexible to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs.
* Performs related duties as assigned.



Qualifications

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

* Bachelor's degree in Business or related studies.
* Knowledge of Information Technology and business process analysis.
* Experience with computer setup (hardware/technical) and software installation.
* Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.
* Occasional travel typically within Milton CAT territory (typically within driving distances).
