As the Beverage & Banquet Operations Manager, you'll oversee beverage service and banquet setup operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while adhering to regulations and brand standards. You'll play a key role in menu creation, inventory management, team supervision, vendor relations, and event execution.
What you will handle:
- Beverage Service: Create and price beverage menus, maintain inventory, oversee mobile bars, and ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance.
- Banquet Management: Ensure meeting rooms meet standards, manage banquet event orders, maintain inventory of banquet supplies, and oversee event execution from contract to completion.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and banquet setup teams, schedule team meetings, and review schedules and timecards.
- Guest Experience: Set standards for exceptional service, ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards, and proactively address service concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food & beverage management, event management, or equivalent education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a management position.
- Proficiency in scheduling, POS, inventory, and guest satisfaction software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a positive, outgoing personality.

Pay Range: $47,500 - $65,000 per hour
