Job SummaryThe Data Center Infrastructure Technician is responsible for the deployment of Data Center computing equipment and associated infrastructure equipment. The incumbent is responsible for accepting problems reported by customers, assisting in the analysis of the problem and coordinating resolution of the problem. Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' related experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum three (3) years' experience in data center operations and/or data communications, hardware support, OS installation environment and proficient in Fiber connectivity, CISCO equipment, SAN/local storage equipment, Palo Alto Networks, and cross platform hardware.
Minimum three (3) years' experience with data center hardware, OS installations, and cabling.

Knowledge of Data Center Operations, SAN Storage, CISCO Switches, CISCO Routers, Palo Alto Networks, and Operating Systems.
