Overview
Stephens Family Clinical Research Institute (SFCRI) is seeking to hire a Research Business Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of key finance and HR functions within SFCRI. Duties include, but are not limited to, purchasing, invoicing, developing and submitting job descriptions, creating and managing databases for the purpose of tracking personnel, and serving as both a resource for new hires and as a liaison between SFCRI and Carle Human Resources. Responsibilities Demonstrated expertise with Excel; in-depth experience working with spreadsheets. Skilled in working with Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate with all levels of physician, clinical, and research staff within SFCRI. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $17.91per hour - $29.01per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
