Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Diesel Engine Solutions, to join our defense and government segment. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of diesel engine technology with a proven track record supporting the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and maritime organizations. In this role, you will work closely with customers to identify their needs, promote our services, and provide expert technical support throughout the sales and delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the Navy, Coast Guard, and other maritime organizations.

* Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored diesel engine solutions that meet operational needs.

* Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop solutions that align with client specifications.

* Prepare and deliver effective proposals, and technical support during the purchasing process.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and future product development.

* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Other Job Details

* Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications

* Bonus: Eligible for an annual incentive bonus

* Work Location: Pacific Power Group, 7215 S. 228th St., Kent, WA

* Relocation: Available if needed

* Travel: Up to 50%

Qualifications

* Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field

* 5-10 years of experience in technical support, sales, or engineering related to diesel engines or marine propulsion systems

* Experience working with the Navy, Coast Guard, or other military branches is highly desirable

* Strong technical knowledge of diesel engine systems and applications

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

* Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
