The Trauma Center Business Administrator works collaboratively with the Trauma Medical Directors/Chair and Trauma Center Program leadership to develop and implement operational efficiency, financial and budgetary operations service expansion, relationship development with internal and external entities as it related to the Trauma Network business operations, management, and supervision of assigned teams' members.

Patient Population Not applicable to this position Employment Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other job-related field from an accredited program to include coursework in operations management, financial management and cost accounting. Preferred Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration; Business Administration; Finance or closely related field from an accredited program Licensure/Certification Required: Licensure/Certification Preferred: Certifications and/or registrations in functional area Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification preferred Minimum Qualifications Years and Type of Required Experience 5+ years of related experience to include finance/budgeting Operations management Strategic planning Years and Type of Preferred Experience: Prior leadership experience, Healthcare experience Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Minimum of five (5) years of experience with spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software Experience in data/information analysis. May require working early/late hours or weekends Cultural Responsiveness Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Working Conditions Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. General office environment. May have periods of constant interruptions.
