Overview:We seek a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to lead and execute complex projects across multiple sites and businesses. This role is pivotal in planning, implementing, and executing initiatives to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and communicate project progress to senior stakeholders.
• Utilize disciplined problem-solving processes with rigorous logic and methods to address complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze network data, detect patterns, brainstorm, interpret data, and build hypotheses based on multiple factors and options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, business operations, management, or procurement.
• Strong finance background, including P&L management and costing.
• Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to deliver results.
• Highly action-oriented and energetic, with a steadfast commitment to achieving goals.
• Experience in manufacturing site rationalization and cost optimization programs is highly desirable.
