Sr. Solution Analyst - Enterprise Interoperability

This job is responsible for supporting the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky's current and future solutions. The scope of this job includes working with stakeholders to solidify solution requirements while becoming an expert to define, analyze, and document software-integration requirements.

As a Senior Solutions Analyst on our Enterprise Interoperability team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic initiatives to delivery and being a subject matter expert on your assigned solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. Work with stakeholders and our engineering teams to define technical requirements, development efforts and delivery of our Interoperability solutions. Become an expert in defining, analyzing, and documenting software and services requirements.Be a part of bringing greater Interoperability to the post-acute, community care and care coordination markets.

Key Activities:

  • Works with the Solution Director to shape strategic initiatives and business requirements into functional and technical requirements (user stories, success criteria, workflow maps, prototypes, etc).
  • Provide product leadership in a scrum framework to ensure alignment between product and engineering.
  • Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principles.
  • Lead and report on large, complex, multi-phase projects across cross-functional business teams
  • Tracks and documents progress of requirements which may include identifying roadblocks, proposing, and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Effectively lead stakeholders to arrive at consensus for user stories/projects.
  • Support go-to-market efforts to ensure solution adoption within defined area, market, or venue.
  • Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and emerging solution features and functionality to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use research and data metrics to determine delivery quality and opportunities or improvements and process efficiency gains.
  • Able to step in, in the absence of a Solutions Manager, for client resolution issues or sales needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience in healthcare information technology, product management, or consulting.
  • Experience and knowledge of Interoperability and Integration concepts and standards such as REST APIs, FHIR, HL7 interfaces, CCDA documents, Direct standard.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
