What You'll Do:
- Oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Deliver financial analysis across revenue, cost, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Provide detailed variance reports and trend analysis to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, payroll, AP/AR, and operational teams.
- Train, mentor, and lead finance professionals in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum five years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including one year in management. Food and beverage industry experience is a plus.
- Preferred: CPA designation (not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and financial modeling tools.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to build relationships, communicate insights, and drive financial excellence.
Work Eligibility & Travel Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass TSA/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) background checks.
- Must reside in Pittsburgh, PA or Indianapolis, IN, with travel (~25%) across the U.S. and Canada.
