We are looking to add to our team, which works with internal partners across several lines of business to deliver Success-based in-building solutions for our Public Sector customers. Our team is a part of the Public Sector Operations organization. What you'll be doing:
You'll be managing success based (Verizon-funded) in-building projects end to end including (but not limited to):
  • Intake and Assessment
  • Coordination of financial review
  • Coordination with partner organizations (network, finance, and sales to name a few)
  • "White glove" support for priority customers and escalations
  • Ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the customer through consistent communication and collaboration
  • Updating and maintaining key KPI reporting for working teams, sales teams, and leadership continuously via smart sheets and other sources.
  • As 2025 continues: reporting & governance for customer-paid in-building solutions in partnership with our SA organization.
  • Communicating with various levels of leadership regarding program and project status, and setting clear direction concerning process, standards, and roles/responsibilities for all project teams.
  • Forming and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and partner organizations.

People know you for your ability to analyze issues and solve complex problems with innovative solutions, and you're easy to work with. This helps you to work well with partners from both technical and non-technical functions to build strong cross-functional relationships.

You appreciate that different people and situations need different approaches-with your team and your customers, and you can communicate complex technical information in a way that people can understand.

No stranger to working in a fast-paced environment, you convey a sense of urgency and balance multiple challenging priorities with ease, never missing a deadline.

You're an involved leader who isn't afraid to jump in and help, and you enjoy building the strategy, plan, and clarity for a flawless execution.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree

  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects.

  • Experience in sales, sales operations, or project management.

  • Subject matter expertise in in-building/network technologies.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying deadlines and requirements.

  • Experience communicating with several layers of management, up to and including Senior Executives.
