Determine if authorization is required, contacting appropriate individuals or insurance company.Insurance verification for registration and appointment reimbursement purposes.Use of WorkQue, Fax machine, Epic Inbasket, Rightfax (referral fax Outlook mailbox) to transcribe all faxed referrals to Epic appropriately.
