Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm. Some weekends and holidays required. You will work at University Hospital. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to:



  • Help make an impact on patient care by leading our remarkable Environmental Services team as they play a critical role in preventing infection.
  • Plan, direct and assign the work to be completed by the environmental services technicians, seniors and environmental services floor care technicians.
  • Document completion of work through daily productivity reports.
  • Complete inspections, rounding, documentation and regular meetings with other departments to ensure quality of work.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years previous supervisory or lead role experience in a large organization Required
  • 5 years previous supervisory experience at an acute health care facility Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Hazardous waste awareness certificate within 1 Year Required
