CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Campaign Management & Optimizations:
- Oversee and manage the execution of retail media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, optimal performance, and adherence to client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement campaign strategies that align with business goals.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Maintain calendar to track all past, current, and future campaigns.
Client & Partner Relations:
- Ensure effective communications with clients and partners and resolute any issues.
- Work with partners to align goal expectations, and timelines, ensuring satisfaction with results.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Continuously review and improve rate card based on trends, feedback and purchase data.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate detailed reports and analytics for clients providing insights into campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance trends and identify areas of improvement.
- Leverage data to develop insights for future campaigns and optimize strategies.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows and enhance overall client experience.
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance.
- Manage communications and expectations with Leadership Steering Committee.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Online Merchandising:
- Drive sales through all online channels including .com, PRO+App & PunchOut.
- Improve customer journey by optimizing search, product placements, enhanced content and product recommendations to aid customer in finding the right products easily.
Training & Development:
- Assist in developing training materials and resources for new team members in preparation to scale.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of Retail Media campaigns and performance metrics.
- Experience working in online merchandising.
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required:
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau and MicroStrategy)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and cross functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with data driven approach to problem solving.
