The ED&I Data Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the production support and quality assurance functions and personnel within the ED&I organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability and smooth functioning of existing data operations processes and workflows and collaborating with other functions to implement and operationalize data operations practices across the organization. The role works closely with Business and IT teams as well and Vendors to optimize the efficiency, responsiveness, and quality of deliverables across the ED&I organization.

*Responsible for production support and quality assurance functions within the ED&I organization
*Manage ServiceNow production support queue to ensure response time and resolution SLAs are met
*Ensure the reliability, scalability, and smooth functioning of existing data operations processes and workflows
*Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to ensure successful delivery of commitments and alignment on timelines
*Oversee data integration processes by managing and optimizing processes for integrating data from various sources into a centralized repository or data warehouse, ensuring that data is accurately and consistently merged and updated
*Identify any impediments to project progress and work with the relevant stakeholders to drive resolution
*Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in data operations practices
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business partners, analysts, and development teams

This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Education:

*Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field or in lieu of related degree, at least 8 years of experience in agile methodologies, software development, and project management
*Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, PMP, DevOps) preferred

Knowledge and Experience:

*6+ years of experience in data operations, agile methodologies, software development, and/or project management
*Experience in successfully delivering data operations projects within budget, scope, and timeline
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Knowledge of data management and analytics tools
*Knowledge of Agile development principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and DevOps practices and principles

Technical Skills:

*Data Operations and Management Tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
*Analytics Tools: (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Business Objects, and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
*Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
*Cloud-based Environments (e.g., Azure or AWS)
*Continuous Improvement Frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean)
*Agile Scaling Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
Preferred:
  • Previous Sherwin Williams experience in a related area
