Description a clerk who would provide support in terms of answering phone calls, aiding if typed reports do not interface over to the EMR, checking for missing reports etc. Medical office or Health Information office experience (phones, assisting customers, computer and keyboard, data entry skills) Excellent customer service skills - person will be working with physicians. Detailed orientated (very important for this role) Good oral and written communication skills Problem solving skills. Self-starter, as well as able to work with a team. Knowledge of HIPAA Skills* HIM, Scanning, Medical Records, Retrieval, Data Entry, Transcription Additional Skills & Qualifications Medical office or Health Information office experience (phones, assisting customers, computer and keyboard, data entry skills) Excellent customer service skills - person will be working with physicians Good written communication skills Problem solving skills. Self-starter, as well as able to work with a team. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
