Job Summary

Manager, Executive Protection will report directly to the Director, Ohio Valley & Executive Protection, Global Security and will have responsibility for the organizations overall operational execution and implementation of global security programs, strategies and teams to ensure the protections of corporate assets people, places, product, information and reputation.This role has direct accountability for providing executive protection services that ensures the safety, security, and privacy of the CEO and executive leadership team, supporting the board of directors and other key leaders as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Security Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive protection plans.
  • Intelligence Gathering: Proficiency in collecting and analyzing information from reliable sources.
  • Physical Security: Conducting risk assessments and manage executive related threats.
    • Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage risks that could adversely impact executive leadership or major corporate events.
    • Serve as the expert on executive security risks, advocating for balanced and appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
    • Develop, document, and implement logistical and safety plans for both routine and threat-based scenarios.
    • Provide senior leadership with pertinent safety and logistical information and recommendations.
  • Crisis Management: Skills in creating and executing emergency response plans.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work with internal teams, external agencies, and law enforcement.
  • Transportation Coordination: Ensuring safe and efficient travel arrangements. Drive the CEO on need basis.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with executives and stakeholders.
  • First Aid and Medical Response: Providing emergency medical support when needed.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
  • De-escalation: Managing and diffusing potential threat situations.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of security experience and/or 3-5 years in executive protection, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Experience in international and domestic travel desired.
  • Travel up to 50-60%
  • Trained EMT or ability to get certified in 1 year.

Anticipated salary range:$86,400-$123,400
