Job Summary

The Sr. Specialist, Marketing Strategy & Operations will be responsible for supporting the project management and strategy/operations support of Growth Marketing initiatives, as well as some Product Marketing and Brand Marketing Initiatives.

This role will have a specific focus on on-going management and enhancement of the centralized reputation management program, which will involve both monitoring resolution process and working with field leadership to address any unresolved issues or SLA deficiencies. This role will also be responsible for not only increasing our ratings, but also increasing the number of positive reviews.

The Sr. Specialist, Marketing Strategy & Operations may also be responsible for implementing and managing the enterprise-wide referral program. This will include the project management of the transition to a new vendor, workflow designs, participating as an SME in training and working with Product and Central Ops to ensure program success.
This role will also participate and/or lead other strategic initiatives.

Your Role & Responsibilities



  • Supporting the project management and strategy/operations support for Growth Marketing Initiatives
  • Automating and managing tasks through Asana templates, projects, and portfolios
  • Presenting projects to stakeholders, collecting and processing feedback, enhancing programs, and keeping records
  • Managing and enhancing the centralized reputation management program.
  • Building, maintaining, and managing a positive online presence and reputation for an individual or organization
  • Monitoring and analyzing online content relating to the individual or organization, including social media, search engines, blogs and communities, and consumer forums
  • Facilitating strategies to maximize the impact of positive online content and minimize the impact of negative online content
  • Investigating the situation and facts relating to criticisms or negative comments
  • Managing and reviewing online content and taking action to limit inappropriate content
  • Coordinating monthly reviews and performance reporting of the program
  • Using offline and online techniques to promote positive or neutral comments
  • Analyzing online statistics and overall trends and subsets by site, rating, and keyword to identify ongoing trends and potential mitigation solutions
  • Designing, implementing, and overseeing the centrally managed referral program
  • Supporting and/or leading other strategic initiatives as needed.


Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent in work experience.
  • Project Management experience
  • Reputation Management experience


Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring)



  • 3-5+ years' experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in implementing measurably effective marketing or talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Experience with SEO, lead generation, and other marketing tools
  • Strong marketing automation/technology acumen
  • Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills


The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $70,000 to $85,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
