The Continuous Improvement Software Engineer- Robotics is responsible
for improving efficiency in the organization by designing, developing, testing,
and maintaining software solutions that drive continuous improvement. This role
focuses on automating processes and leveraging machine learning to optimize
business operations and decision-making.

Key Tasks
* Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
improvements across the organization.
* Design, develop, and maintain software applications that
integrate machine learning and automation solutions.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following
best practices.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other
engineers to define and implement innovative technical solutions.
* Develop and implement machine learning models to improve
decision-making and process optimization.
* Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of
software applications.
* Optimize software for performance, scalability, and
security.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive
feedback.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
related to automation and AI.
* Maintain documentation of software development processes
and solutions.
* Support the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of
intelligent automation solutions.
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

* Develop and implement automation and machine learning
solutions within the scope of assigned projects.
* Identify and recommend areas for continuous improvement
within the software development process.
* Ensure the security and integrity of software applications
and automation processes.

Your Background
* Strong understanding of automation and machine learning
concepts.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java,
JavaScript, or C++.
* Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch,
Scikit-learn).
* Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud
services.
* Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus
on efficiency and process optimization.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Required:
* Proven experience in software development with a focus on
automation and machine learning.
* Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
* Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
