Interior Painter Assistant / Maintenance Laborer Assistant

Cape Fox Property Management (CFPM) is seeking an assistant to work with our experienced maintenance / painter to perform interior painting. This is a temporary position offering work for an estimated 2-month duration. The employee will work within the CFPM Maintenance Department team.

• Assist with painting interior of building
• Perform associated painting tasks such as taping and covering areas, removing hardware, etc.
• Load and unload painting supplies
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Support maintenance team members and painter to achieve project goal and complete tasks on schedule
• Communicate to supervisor any identified issues
