Strategic Marketing Operations Manager Remote Location: Seattle, WA or Washington, DC Position SummaryThe Strategic Marketing Operations Manager is a key individual contributor, reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing & Community. This role plays an important part in scaling the Marketing & Community organization in this next phase of growth. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, advisory & analytical skills, and hands-on execution. The Strategic Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with business objectives. As the "chief of staff" to the SVP, Marketing & Community, you will ensure that day to day operations run smoothly, own high-priority projects, process optimization, and performance management to enable the team to achieve business goals. Your ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive results will be essential in ensuring the success of the entire Marketing & Community organization.
