Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives supporting complex business and technical needs across Data Management Drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business objectives, ensuring adherence to data policies and standards Provide strategic guidance on data flow, framework, access, documentation, quality, and remediatio Lead efforts to resolve highly complex data challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions requiring advanced analytical and strategic thinking Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide innovative Data Management business solutions Review and summarize technical JIRA tickets related to data error remediation, ensuring clear documentation and effective communication with business teams Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Strong background in data governance, data quality, and remediation processes Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively engage with business stakeholders Ability to interpret and summarize technical information for non-technical audiences Proven experience influencing data management policies, strategies, and best practices Pay Range: $50-70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
