Tooling Engineer

• Develop and maintain efficient, high-quality tooling processes within budget and schedule requirements.
• Troubleshoot production and tooling issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Support and oversee Tool and Die makers, serving as a backup for the Tooling Manager.
• Ensure production tooling and equipment are prepared to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Manage tooling inventory, track vendor performance, and oversee purchasing and inspection of replacement parts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tooling modifications, repairs, and process improvements while collaborating with leadership on daily operations.
