Our Company The Opportunity The web team is looking for an SEO Manager for Adobe's Enterprise business, which is one of the leading B2B offerings globally. Become an integral part of a team that focuses on making Business.adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors - from consumers to enterprise customers, to partners and investors - across the entire customer journey! We are looking for an experienced SEO expert with a background in B2B marketing, an understanding of the search engines and how that insight can be applied to grow Adobe's business-oriented content programs. This individual is someone who is goal-oriented by nature, passionate about search and can easily wield data to inform strategy. They partner with seasoned SEOs and marketing experts, while mastering cross-team collaboration and interlocks to address and meet business goals. This person is agile, a self-starter, effective communicator, strong data analyst and well-versed storyteller. What you'll Do
What is needed to succeed:
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
