CPCCo is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our Soil and Groundwater team to perform the following job duties and responsibilities:

* Perform various technical assignments including preparation and issuance of groundwater construction schedules.
* Develop contract closure documentation.
* Support Construction Teams in the field providing details on construction status.
* Work with groundwater operations to maintain daily progress.
* Able to work independently and as a team and effectively communicate with project personnel.
* Technically competent to work on a variety of difficult activities.
* Basic knowledge of groundwater cleanup and construction of groundwater facilities.
* Develop government furnished equipment lists and tracking for groundwater infrastructure.


Basic Qualifications


* Early Career Level Grade 13: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Intermediate Grade 14: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2 or more years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Developing construction schedules specific to groundwater cleanup activities.
* Previous experience with document preparation for construction on a soil and groundwater project team.
* Experience working with subcontractors that have performed groundwater facility upgrades while maintaining operations.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
* Early Career Level Grade 13: $78,500 - $83,613
* Intermediate Grade 14: $78,500 - $91,975

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
