Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Governance & Policy Compliance Analyst
The TPRM Governance & Policy Compliance Analyst at Adobe provides an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of managing third-party risks in a dynamic and innovative environment. This role is important in ensuring Adobe's third-party engagements are aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards. As an analyst, you will implement the TPRM framework, ensuring policy adherence and bringing up issues as needed. Collaborating with internal collaborators to improve third-party risk awareness and drive program improvement is a key aspect of this role.
Governance & Strategic Direction:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Adobe's TPRM governance framework to ensure flawless risk management across all third-party relationships.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for vendor risk governance processes, offering mentorship on standard methodologies and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate third-party lifecycle compliance, ensuring adherence to TPRM policies from onboarding through monitoring to termination.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of third-party relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Facilitate and support internal collaboration meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating collaborator participation, detailing key decisions, and tracking action items to ensure accountability in alignment with TPRM objectives.
Policy Compliance & Framework Application:
- Monitor policy compliance across all stages of third-party engagement and identify areas where there may be blocking issues or critical issues that require attention.
- Ensure that the TPRM framework is practically applied, including the use of reporting tools, due diligence processes, and third-party monitoring.
- Assist in maintaining and updating TPRM policies, procedures, and governance documents to reflect regulatory changes and standard methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Procurement, IT Security) to support the consistent application of TPRM policies.
Customer concern & Risk Reporting:
- Advance policy breaches and third-party risks in alignment with Adobe's TPRM compliance protocols and framework.
- Analyze trends and recommend governance and compliance process improvements.
Audit & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with the TPRM Training & Awareness Analyst to develop and deliver training and awareness materials related to policy compliance and third-party lifecycle management.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to provide suggestions for improving TPRM governance and compliance practices.
- Find opportunities for process improvement and standardization across third-party risk management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or oversight roles.
- Strong understanding of third-party lifecycle management and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management tools.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, PMP).
- Experience managing compliance programs in the technology or financial services industries.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,300 -- $180,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
