What you'll do

The Application Specialist will support the sales team by providing high-level demonstrations, presentations, and consultative expertise on Infinite Campus products and services. Their responsibilities include conducting remote or on-site product demonstrations, assisting with sales presentations, preparing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), and maintaining demonstration sites with relevant data. Additionally, they will participate in conferences, provide training for sales teams, and attend scheduled company meetings, ensuring a positive, team-oriented approach while interacting with staff, partners, and customers.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in K-12 education or sales within the K-12 education sector. Familiarity with student information systems is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.

Your skill-set

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess skills in delivering compelling software demonstrations, preparing sales documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. They must also be comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time for on-site presentations nationwide. Adherence to security guidelines and, in some cases, passing a thorough background check will also be required. Following the Demo2Win complex software sales process is crucial for success in this role.
