Collaboration with the Enterprise sales team and peers is key to identifying project requirements, define/source KPIs, understand performance, highlight data driven insights and enrich client presentations with data visualizations. We are seeking an analytical thinker who, through critical analysis, can provide insightful performance data to our largest and most complex enterprise clients to help create strategies for all facets of their business. What You'll Do: This position will be responsible for translating internal and external business questions into actionable recommendations while looking for efficiencies in product adoption and usage. They will support the Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics in implementing analytics to support the Enterprise sales team. To build this type of customized output, the Senior Analyst will engage internal clients to gain an understanding of the project requirements and client needs/goals. Strong communication skills, business acumen and strategic thinking will be important as you will regularly communicate/present findings and recommendations to internal key stakeholders. Your technical skills in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau and Power BI will need to be top notch. In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Strategy & Analytics.

The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
