Where you will work (pick one):
This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is based out of the WI-Sun Prairie, WI-Fond du Lac or any other Compeer Office Location. The contributions you will make: Provides direct leadership in the areas of loan processing, loan administration, loan closing, servicing, quality control, training and client experience. Main areas of focus will be agricultural and consumer lending. Directly and indirectly manages all team members within the assigned areas of responsibility and assists in the establishment and development of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure Compeer provides strong client relationships that follow Compliance and Farm Credit Association regulations. A typical day:
- Collaborates with senior leadership to define and achieve strategic business plans and business strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Communicates business expectations and goals to align with the organization's strategic direction, vision and objectives and is responsible for team's results and ensures alignment with business-specific strategies.
- Partners with peers and key stakeholders to establish and promote consistent, high-quality client service standards and guidelines across all client interactions.
- Stays informed on industry best practices to implement efficient processes that enhance team performance and organizational value. Fosters strong relationships across leadership to support collaborative models and strategic initiatives.
- Guides and empowers team leaders to collaborate across the organization to develop, maintain and improve loan systems, technology, policies, processes and procedures.
- Drives continuous process improvement within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Advanced experience in lending, compliance and underwriting in a financial institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership and management experience.
- Leadership skills to select, evaluate, engage, motivate, mentor, train, delegate, reward and lead remote team members.
- Expertise in leading and managing change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to tailor services to meet diverse client needs.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions and develop strategies for improvement.
- Ability to identify potential risks in operational processes and implement strategies to mitigate them.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay $103,100 - $156,400 USD
