We provide service through the initial licensure and renewal process and work directly in the field to conduct inspections and investigations, ensuring support and safety for our licensees and the public. How you make a difference in this role: The Executive Director of the Investigations and Field Enforcements team works with Department leadership and the other teams to determine their vision for professions regulated through the Division. The Executive Director has the opportunity to identify process improvements and effect meaningful change. Job Overview:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and five years of progressively responsible administrative, regulatory, or field enforcement and investigations experience is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and team building skills, and ability to balance multiple priorities is essential for success in the role. Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
