STREAM PROGRAM MANAGER Department of General Services State of TN Real Estate Asset Management (STREAM) Division Nashville, TN Salary: $60,600 - $75,720/year (dependent on experience) Closing Date: 03/03/2025 This position is designated as Hybrid.

How you make a difference in this role:

As the STREAM Program Manager, you will play an integral role in providing leadership support and assistance to the Real Estate Management Division of Facility Management Group. The Program Manager will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including agency representatives and State vendors on behalf of the Facility Management Group. In addition, the

Program Manager will perform a wide variety of assignments and clerical duties which include: managing spreadsheets, data analysis, organizing project resources, composing correspondence, managing databases creating presentations; and responding to a variety of organizational inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in FM contract compliance for the Facilities Management Team organizing and documenting the status of STREAM Facilities Management contracts. In the absence of the Director of Facilities, the Program Manager may supervise and oversee the Facilities Management Group for assigned areas and respond to any questions they ask and render any assistance they may need, and if necessary, the Program Manager will engage the Director of Facilities for either of those tasks.

  • Daily (or as assigned) support of Facility Managements on tracking vendor quotes, purchase orders and other critical accounting procedures.
  • Approve invoices and collaborate with the Office of Administrative Services for payment.
  • Review all relevant documentation transmitted by contract vendor to determine that all documents meet or exceed the requirements needed set by the Facility Management Group Analysis of applicable vendor invoices.
  • Review of vendor supporting documentation on invoices for discrepancies of Facility Management team contracts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience providing leadership or contract specialist duties in the private or public sector.

OR

4 years of experience providing contract specialist or leadership duties in the private or public sector.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and navigate relationships for the purpose of building long-term partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivation and great customer service
  • Mission- and policy-driven
