Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave)Department: Oncology Research OperationsShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Manager, Research Operations is a Research Administration Office (RAO) team member responsible for direct and indirect support and oversight of clinical research within the organization by providing direct oversight of clinical research supervisors and team members. The manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and research projects within the organization. They play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining data integrity. This role involves both leadership and administrative responsibilities. The manager will provide support, direction, and education to the assigned staff, and strive towards research excellence through continuous quality improvement. Qualifications:
