The College of Science and Engineering seeks a temporary skilled and energetic Principal Office and Administrative Specialist to serve in a key role in the Dean's Office. This position provides executive administrative support to the Dean's Office, with the primary responsibility of providing support to the Associate Dean for Research and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing daily administrative work processes. Must possess an elevated level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proof, create and update documents using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. The position interacts, works, and communicates with all CSE staff and UMN employees, therefore must be outgoing and able to provide, interpret and complete administrative direction. 50% appointment at 20 hours a week. End date August 29, 2025
