Summary

This is a Manager, Customer Trust & Audit role for Adobe's Technology GRC (TechGRC) organization. The role is for San Jose, CA location. This person will be a leader of TechGRC Global Customer Audit team (GCAT). The candidate will Lead and oversee the customer audit program across Adobe, ensuring seamless execution of Information Security-related customer assessments.

What You Will Do
  • Manage a team responsible for conducting customer audits, providing strategic direction, guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer audits, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and their auditors.
  • Oversee the collection and presentation of evidence to support customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with Adobe's trust program and security framework.
  • Identify control issues, ensure well-defined resolutions, and oversee root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Develop and maintain customer audit dashboards to provide executives insight into audit trends, risks, and mitigation efforts.
  • Collaborate and coordinate activities with the TechGRC team across multiple geo-locations, ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives and compliance requirements.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelors / master's Degree with a focus in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in customer audits, cybersecurity, or security compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, including managing customer audits, consulting engagements, and security compliance assessments.
  • In-depth knowledge of security compliance frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., SOC2, ISMAP, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Expertise in core IT processes and services such as SDLC, Identity/User Access Management, Backup and Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and lead high-performing teams, drive central initiatives, and manage multi-functional collaborations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,300 -- $223,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
