Essential Functions: * Read and follow Bills of Materials and follow hands-on instruction to construct various product assemblies. * Use of Power Tools (drills/grinders/saws/rivet and spray guns) ,Hydraulic foam press / foam injection gun and Hand Tools (sanders/saws/vises/hammer/cutters). * Responsible to check and verify parts prior to assembly and conduct quality checks and measurements. Additional Responsibilities: Perform all duties in a safe manner, support all safety and environmental rules and initiatives. Participate in company-wide initiatives to provide continuous improvement of processes and products. * Any additional duties as required Experience and Skills Required: * 2yr experience using power/hand tools. * Self starter. * Team work and regular attendance is required. Educational Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Reading, writing, comprehension and understanding of measurements. Physical Requirements: * Heavy lifting (up to 40lb), climbing, bending, standing long periods. * Wearing PPE (gloves, steel toe shoes, respirators, other dependent on tasks).
