THE JOB:
A Retail Stock Associate makes sure the store has the right products and supplies ready to sell. They check, organize, and prepare merchandise while keeping the store and storage areas clean and well-maintained.

THE SCHEDULE:

Part Time (Friday to Sunday 10:00am-6:45pm)

THE STARTING RATE:
$16.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Check and prepare new deliveries before moving them to stores or storage.
• Stock shelves and keep displays looking neat and organized.
• Handle store transfers and returns by filling out the right forms.
• Let managers and vendors know when more supplies or products are needed.
• Help with inventory counts to keep track of stock.
• Support sales associates by assisting customers when needed, following the company's service guidelines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 6 months of Retail experience
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Takes pride in their work and is self- motivated.
• Enjoys working with a team to promote a collaborative environment.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
