Position Summary:

This position in the Amazon team provides sales and marketing support to help drive the business forward, working on our biggest account. Working closely with the Content, Marketing, & Product Management teams, t his position plays a key role in meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals for Amazon by managing their full product assortment, identifying and evaluating right product mix, product visibility, pricing, promotions and inventory to increase Almo product penetration.

What you will do in this role:

Product Visibility, Mix and Expansion
  • Increase Almo product visibility and participation.
  • Review and manage product offering, product flow (making changes as needed) and monitor and supply product information, stock level and availability.
  • Work with marketing & content teams to ensure highly optimized PDPs.
  • Support coordination of retail readiness adherence for all new product or brands launch
  • Work with growth team to support driving our conversion metrics through levers such as advertising, promo, content, etc.

Inventory and Pricing Management
  • Notify Amazon of price change, pricing adjustments, promos, etc
  • Complete weekly site scrapes for Amazon to verify, manage and monitor pricing and 3P marketplace sellers

Product Promotion
  • Present the customer with relevant product promotions and buy opportunities to support solid business growth. This includes promotion creation, execution, follow through and post mortem evaluation.
  • Verify that new products have been launched and priced competitively and visible on the site in the correct category.

Market Strategy
  • Consult with customer to gather information and analyze go to market strategies to make recommendations for increasing Almo product visibility, positioning and sell through.
  • Research and evaluate current market conditions and company practices that may affect Almo's ability to sell products or services through the customer's site.
  • Recommend changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on analysis, research and trends.


Qualifications

What we look for in a candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Amazon or ecommerce or DTC experience preferred
  • Demonstrated organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent and professional communications skills in English, both written and verbal is required. Ability to create complex correspondence, including project plans and strategies.
  • Responsive to needs for information and meeting deadlines
  • Self- Motivated/Self Starter
  • Working knowledge of MicrosoftSuite preferred with practical experience with Excel
  • 10-20% travel is required - driving and/or flying to customer location

Additional skills, knowledge, and abilities:
  • Ability to navigate decision-making process through key accounts and strategic solutioning to non-routine situations.
  • Require in-depth analysis of reports and trends to drive decisions and behaviors.
