Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Melbourne, FL. Interested?

Are you able to work 2nd shift? 2:30 - 11pm?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for supporting functional and/or in-circuit test fixtures to include training of test personnel in the use of fixtures as well as supporting the overall test needs of production. Technical resource for production required to have thorough knowledge of all products, subassemblies, hardware and test processes for assigned customers.
  • Performs various activities required to support testing of customer products or test systems including, but not limited to setting up, performing tests and recording data according to established processes and quality control measures.
  • Organizes test lab, orders parts, maintains and calibrates test fixtures and equipment
  • Experience with Agilent 3070 ICT Test systems is required
    • Ability to troubleshoot ICT failures
    • Diagnose ICT system failures, order parts and perform replacement as necessary
    • Perform Preventive Maintenance on ICT systems and fixtures
    • Ability to make minor software adjustment to programs if necessary
  • Researches component data and supports implementation of PCN documents
  • Create, modify or produce documentation or procedures
  • Reviews test documentation for thoroughness and accuracy
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical and assembly drawings.
  • Interacts with customer technical personnel where required to insure their product test activities run smoothly and with minimal down time
  • Investigate issues to root cause and provide engineers and management with data and summary in support of root cause findings.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
