We are seeking a talented Associate Salesforce Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, design, test, and implement effective solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities and align with business needs. This position sits in the IT organization and interfaces closely with the Business Teams.

Base Salary Range 111,000 - 160,000

The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans and generous time off.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration (40%)

    Utilize Salesforce features to configure and customize solutions, collaborating with developers when necessary.
  • Review and analyze current application workflows, recommending system enhancements.

Business & Technical Analysis (30%)

  • Collaborate with product managers to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational and platform goals.
  • Conduct impact analysis for proposed system changes or enhancements.

Testing & Quality Assurance (20%)

  • Participate in the testing phase of application development to ensure deliverables meet specified requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions, identifying and resolving issues or bugs.

Collaboration & Documentation (10%)

  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including use cases, flowcharts, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and external vendors or consultants when required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a similar role
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities), CPQ, and Service Cloud Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly in managing and optimizing CRM, community portals and case management solutions
  • Hands on Salesforce configuration and development experience including: Standard/Custom objects, Salesforce Flows, Apex classes/controllers, Reports/Dashboards, Force.com IDE, Profiles, Roles and Security, Batch jobs, Lighting web components
  • Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture, including functional/technical specifications, user/system diagrams, data integration, and data migration solution design
  • Experience working with agile development teams
  • Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Copado or Gearset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions, whiteboard sessions, and presentations
