Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and prioritizing the acquisition of new Large Multi-Location window dealer accounts. Upon startup of new accounts, you will facilitate growth by leveraging the territory sales managers (TSM's) at the individual location levels. You will be responsible for establishing strong, long-term relationships with existing and newly acquired Large multi-location dealers in the Specialty Replacement Dealer Space. You will contribute to the growth and expansion of our product presence in key markets by influencing pricing and mix of products in this channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. You should be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the window and construction industry. This role will coverCA, PNW and Western Mountain States. It will include:CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, AZ, NV, NM.We would accept applicants in major cities near major markets in this geography.For Example, Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Portland.
