Job Description And Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Digital Sales Campaign Operations & Enablement Analyst to play a critical role in supporting Visa's Digital Sales transformation. You will be joining a global, center of excellence team charted to help stand up five regional, digital sales centers. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the orchestration and execution of regional Demand Response campaigns and activities, ensuring alignment with regional sales leadership, B2B marketing, and global frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the orchestration and execution of regional Demand Response campaigns and activities, ensuring alignment with regional sales leadership, B2B marketing, and global frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product and events to ensure consistent use of lead management processes and tools
  • Build and maintain a consistent campaign intake and prioritization process
  • Partner with marketing, digital sales leadership, and product teams to develop and manage standard sequences and messaging templates for inbound and outbound BDR campaigns
  • Partner with digital sales enablement to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaign enablement for BDRs
  • Create and manage outbound BDR campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Upload and maintain campaign and enablement content on Highspot
  • Track and analyze performance of sequences and templates to optimize performance and conversion rates
  • Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to scale Visa Demand Response campaigns and motions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

*Proven experience in digital sales, campaign operations, enablement, or related field

*Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Highspot

*Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes

*Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once

*Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance

*Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and region

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900 to 180,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
