Position Summary

This is a Key Person position working on-site at Fort Johnson, LA. In this role as a Training Support Lead, you will track the technical resources of the program and the state of the program's capacity to use the provided technology. The ideal candidate will be able to assess and understand the current state of fielded constructive and virtual simulations and fielded MCIS at the site.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

• Provide a team leader for Training Support on-site during operating hours.
• Conduct overall scheduling management coordination.
• Tracks the technical resources of the program and the state of the program's capacity to use the provided technology.
• Assess and understand the current state of fielded constructive and virtual simulations and fielded MCIS at the site.
• Track the ability of each site to properly use available equipment and recommend staff training to close gaps.
• Responsible for the training and technical requirements such as integrated classroom, staff certification, intelligence training, server status and training, RMF currency, and others that arise.
• Minimal travel may be required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree
• Graduate of Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or equivalent level military schooling
• Eight (8) years of experience with Military training and training support
• Experience in operations and training requirements at brigade or higher level
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with training management within an MTC or similar operation
• United States citizen
• Active Secret security clearance
