City/State Virginia Beach, VAOverview Work Shift First (Days) (United States of America)Sentara Therapy Center Healthy Way is seeking a Team Coordinator for their Ortho Suite Full Time Job Summary Serve as a mentor by role modeling a professional practice consistent with referring physician expectations, organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, patient safety and clinical standards of care. The Team Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with referring and/or attending physicians and school administrators. Responsible and accountable for daily operations, coordination of work, quality of service achievement of operation center goals, objectives, customer satisfaction, and meeting regulatory requirements through providing technical expertise within schools, therapy centers, and events. Facilitates and monitors the work processes of the ATC and therapy center teams. Develops implements, and monitors compliance to unit operating budget. The TC is responsible for development of clinical specialties across facilities and involved in growth and expansion initiatives. Assists in develop, execution and marketing of assigned Sentara rehab service line.Bachelor's degree preferred.
