Vaco is hiring for Machine Operating Specialists in Cranberry Township PA. This is a direct hire opportunity. Summary: We are seeking candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills. Those with experience in automated manufacturing operations are encouraged to apply. A desire to join our fast-paced environment with a drive to learn our automated manufacturing process is important. Current Shifts Available 1st Shift 6AM - 2PM 2nd Shift 2 PM - 10 PM 3rd Shift 10 PM - 6 AM Essential Job Functions: Prepare machine for start of shift, which includes necessary materials and paperwork. Ability to set up all automated production machines safely with high quality Setup & operate multiple machines in manufacturing. Operate automated manufacturing equipment. Complete job setups with minimal assistance and direction. A reasonable comfort level with computers is required. Perform QC checks as required to maintain quality standards. Perform routine preventative maintenance on the machine line. Problem-solve & troubleshoot machine issues under pressure. Maintain a clean work area. Stock consumable materials for the next shift. Work to meet project completion deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Overtime will often be available and at times is required as needed. Requirements: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Intermediate English reading skill. 1+ year experience (Preferred) Solid math skills Mechanically inclined. Computer proficient Strong work ethic, dependable job performance, and reliable attendance Detail oriented Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift 50lbs from floor to waist, twist and turn.
