Manager, Experiential Marketing

Ecolab is seeking a Manager, Experiential Marketing to join its Global Experiential Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing event marketing team where you will be responsible for partnering across the enterprise to lead production and logistics for high profile event activations. This role is responsible for engaging appropriate internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution from start to finish. This role requires the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, strong communication and project management skills while maintaining a highly professional and positive attitude.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead experiential strategy and production for a variety of events including, but not limited to global sales and manager meetings, customer events, executive and associate events, tradeshows and industry gatherings.
  • Utilize industry best practices and fine-tuned production skills to create events that meet and exceed goals.
  • Manage projects across a variety of platforms including live events and virtual / digital activations. (Sales meetings, Employee Resource Group events, Tradeshows, Customer Activations, etc.)
  • Create and produce compelling, on-message and brand-compliant written and visual content for event activations.
  • Manage budget and project timeline ensuring key stakeholders are aligned and aware of key project updates.
  • Manage internal project teams ensuring tasks are being completed on time for event activations and utilizing external creative agencies where needed to produce impactful event experiences.
  • Develop strong relationships with key leadership across the enterprise to elevate the standard of experiential activations and appropriately represent the experiential team to the greater enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • 5 years of event marketing experience, preferably including experience in a creative agency and/or in a corporate brand marketing environment
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed for event planning and execution
  • Ability to work across business units within a large, global, matrixed organization
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • Exposure to the tradeshow industry with strategy and/or onsite execution
  • Experience with Cvent (create and manage event from registration to on-site app usage)

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $94,100.00 - $141,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
