Role: Actimize L2 Support SME

Location: Troy, MI / NYC, NY

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Actimize L2 Support SME " to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

• Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, production support experience, Service management and a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Actimize
• Associate has to be strong in one of the skill set - Mainframe or .Net
• Experience and knowledge in Banking domain - Fraud tech intelligence and compliance
• Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence
• Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking (Preferred : FIS products)
• Understanding of .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic resolution by referring logs)

Net or Mainframe, Production support experience, service management min of 1+ years of experience in Actimize - Fraud tech intelligence / cop

COTS product or product knowledge in Fiserv DNA, FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, EPP products or equivalent products is preferred

Good communication skills, strong production support experience in managing and adhering to SLA

The annual salary for this position is between $65,447 - $134,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
