Your tasks
- The Sr. Stock Coordinator overseas and sets daily workflow of orders to be pulled for customers and distribution centers based on priority. Additionally, the incumbent verifies orders pulled and accuracy of shipments loaded are correct.
- Sets priority of daily objectives.
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- Communicates with outside sales teams on orders.
- Ensures understanding of KPI's to achieve daily goals.
- Communicates regularly with management about activities of assigned area.
- Prints, researches, and finalizes customer orders.
- Works with outside organizations to complete orders.
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations.
- Posts weights and shipping information on paperwork and SAP.
- Performs audits for inventory control purposes.
- Conducts audits of product in staging area, warehouse and pipe yard when necessary.
- Controls movement of orders and sets priority of shipments to be picked, staged and shipped in a timely manner.
- Conducts investigations of inventory control.
- Assists with training new team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your profile
- Ability to multitask to ensure priority shipments are shipped within time specified.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Previous experience with SAP preferred.
- Ability to learn technical terms, processes, and piping design vocabulary.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years' experience in customer facing warehouse operation to include stocking and order pulling.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing setting a plus
- Lift truck certification (license) or previous experience in safely operating Drexels, order pickers, and lift trucks.
- Associate exposed to general production machine noise levels.
- Exposure to fumes.
- Exposure to seasonal temperature extremes.
- Exposure to hazards such as electrical and moving mechanical parts.
- Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, pushing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more with the ability to judge depth and space relationships and bring object into sharp focus.
- Average work-exert up to 65 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly.
- Required to lift up to 50 lbs. and move odd shaped objects (desks, tables, etc.).
- Required some overhead lifting up to 40lbs objects (cardboard boxes, trash bags, odd shaped items, etc.).
